2024: A Year to Remember for Virgin Atlantic Football
As 2024 comes to a close, the Virgin Atlantic Football team has reached new heights—both on and off the pitch. This year, we took to the skies for our first-ever international fixture in Atlanta against Delta, proving that teamwork knows no borders. While we didn’t quite get a first-class result, the experience was unforgettable, and we’re already plotting a return leg to show Delta what true Virgin flair looks like!
Back on home turf, we’ve helped launch the brand-new Airline Super League, going head-to-head with rivals like British Airways and EasyJet. With thrilling fixtures and plenty of friendly banter, it’s safe to say we’ve established ourselves as serious contenders in this high-flying competition.
As we begin our climb towards 2025, the team is ready to ascend to even greater challenges. From additional fixtures to new rivalries, we’re aiming for a season that’s nothing short of turbulence-free brilliance. So, whether we’re cruising to victory or hitting a little mid-flight turbulence, one thing’s for sure: the Virgin Atlantic Football team will always land with style.
